CcsCohesion（Clostridium cellulovorans）

This is a Type I cohesion from the CipA protein(a scaffoldin protein) of Clostridium cellulovorans. It can bind with the Ccsdockerin domain so that the enzyme with Ccsdockrin can bind with CipA scaffoldin. Normally, one scaffoldin protein has a lot of Ccscohesions, so that a great number of enzymes can bind together through scaffoldin and work synergistically.
